Power cut affecting Aldershot and nearby areas

What happened?

Storm Austen is causing disruption to electricity supplies across our network. Our teams are working around the clock to restore power as safely and quickly as possible. If your power is off and your postcode is listed as part of this fault, please be assured that we’re aware and our teams are assessing the damage and carrying out repairs. Severe weather may make it difficult to access some areas safely, so estimated restoration times may change or repairs may take longer than expected. Please stay safe and keep well away from fallen or damaged power lines and electrical equipment, and don’t try to move trees or debris that may be touching power lines. If it’s unsafe outside, stay indoors and follow advice from the emergency services. If you need extra help during a power cut, please get in touch. We’re here to support you. We’ll keep Power Track updated as our teams make progress, and you can register for live updates below to receive a text if anything changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to get your power back on.
